What does your red flag client look like?

The formula doesn’t seem all that difficult.  Parents need a nanny.  You run an agency.  A great match, right?   Well, it’s not that easy.  Running a successful agency means that you need to choose your clients carefully.  By identifying, understanding and focusing on your ideal client, you can be more productive, more profitable and much happier.

Another great advantage of choosing the right clients is when you work with people that truly need and appreciate the services you offer, the better their experience with you will be.  Ah, more happy clients.  Fewer complaints, unmet expectations and angry encounters.
