| nanny requirements | All of the nannies that are recruited to join the Elite Staffing team not only have the education and background, they also have the personality and “street smart” intelligence that families today desire. Most of the nannies are college educated. They are required to have 2+ years previous experience as a nanny, CPR and first aid certifications, have a clean driving record and pass a 5 point background check. They also must treat the position in a professional manner, but treat the children with love and respect. | |
| family requirements | Families typically offer a nanny or household manager an hourly salary of $15-$25 and hour, paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation (usually when the family takes their vacation). Our agency is willing to work with any families budget and requirements. | |
| nanny screening process | Our nannies are screened through a 5 point background check that includes criminal history, driving record and sex offender registries. They are interviewed prior to being recommended to a family and they must not only have the education and experience, but also demonstrate the professionalism and good personality that we, at Elite Nanny Agency, have come to expect. They must provide 3 references. These references are not only checked, but requested to provide information about the nanny that would qualify as a good recommendation. | |
| registration fees | There is no fee for registration. At Elite Nanny Agency, we want the family to be happy with our referral before they are charged a fee for our services. | |
| placement fees | After a family has selected their nanny, they will receive an invoice in the amount of $1875. This fee covers the nannies background check, recruitment and service fee. | |
| nanny refund policy | We offer to replace the families selected nanny for 6 months. After the 6 month period, we offer the family 50% off our services for the remainder of the year. | |
