Through a 10 to 25 minute intake phone call with your placement counselors or client, I’ll gather all the information I need to complete the contract. If there’s a question about any issue, I’ll outline the choices available and offer advice on what solution best fits the situation. Within 2 business days, your client will have a full customized contract in hand. Yes, it’s that easy.

How It Works
You get the same template I work with when developing customized contracts for my private clients. Use it to create custom contracts for each of your placements. You’ll also get between one and five hours a month (depending on the size of your agency) of related consulting. This support is really helpful when you run across a situation that’s outside the norm and you’re not sure how to address it in the contract.

Providing high quality, relevant training to the families and caregivers that work with your agency or online site is a great recruitment tool, a boost to placements numbers, an effective way to stay connected to your market and an important element of long term nanny success.
I provide engaging and “lean today, use tomorrow” training on a wide variety of topics and can customize any training to meet your audience’s unique needs.
Topics include:

Because training is priced per session rather than per student, it’s an affordable way to offer a valuable service to your entire client base. Sessions are priced between $150 and $200 and include an outline and 30 day replay option.
Chances are, you’re going to be one of the first calls a parent or nanny makes when there’s a problem in the placement. Most of the time, a listening ear and some sound advice is all that’s needed. But there are times when the problem goes deeper and a more focused, proactive approach is needed to find a resolution.
I provide a neutral, solutions based approach to helping nannies and families resolve conflicts within their employment relationship.
Cost: $50 per hour for clients referred through an agency, that’s a discount of $15 off the regular parent rate
